THIS IS A RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY.

Your date will not be reserved until you have confirmation from the Church Clerk and have submitted a signed contract with deposit. Once you are notified of approval by the church clerk you will need to submit the completed rental contract and deposit. The completed rental agreement can be sent to the church clerk and the deposit given to the assistant treasurer.
There is a MINIMUM of TWO WEEKS (14 days) approval period before an event is confirmed. Your request will not be approved if it is received less than two weeks prior to your event.
